Important — this is not dental insurance. The CDIC Membership Savings Plan is an in-house
membership program offered by Ceramic Dental Implant Centre. Benefits and discounts apply only to treatment
provided at Ceramic Dental Implant Centre and cannot be combined with insurance or other offers. Membership
is annual, per person, and non-transferable. Your membership runs for 12 months from the date you join and
renews annually.
